Our Congressional Representatives and the President’s appointees are responsible for why America is so fiercely divided! Within this massive architectural building of such historical significance, lies disharmony and an unrepentant thirst for wealth and power.
Problems within our three Branches of Government
All too often, members of the White House manipulate news and social media for self-serving reasons instead of insisting on accurate and lawful reporting. The American people need and deserve to be told the truth and this requirement starts with the President. All members of the Executive Branch must be held in compliance with their Oath of Office. Failure to uphold this sacred oath must have consequences.
The American Revolution was caused by our belief in the need for having a new government that would have strong guarantees that its policies would not trample upon our freedoms of speech, press and religion, nor upon our right to be free from warrantless searches and seizures. The Bill of Rights was added to our Constitution, specifically to make this promise.
Are these given rights still in existence now that Trump has made America Great Again – a second time? Should we allow the Executive Branch to be able to freely interpret how far these rights extend, even though they may cause harm to others? Are there no longer any consequences for the abuse of wealth and power? I think not. I believe that everything that is performed in excess does harm. Too much is never enough, as Dr. Mary Trump (in clinical psychology) explains in her book about her Uncle Donald.
Has the Executive Branch already gone too far in its obsession to control every phase of our lives? Ask yourself the question: When does the Federal Government have the right to override States’ Rights and consequently, the rights of the individuals that live in that State? Should the President be allowed to use our Military and Judicial laws anyway he wants to control the lives of the American people that our government was designed to help? Isn’t this God’s way, no matter what religion you firmly believe in?
Within this book, you will gain an understanding of how Congress fulfills and conducts its assigned responsibilities. Are our Congressional representatives devoting their time to creating and correcting society’s problems, or are they wasting their time and our tax money on frivolous investigations that are designed to place blame on political opposition? Don’t we deserve a Congress that is dedicated to stopping the abuse of power and position? Which is the real Witch Hunt? Was it against Trump’s activities as President or Hillary Clinton’s as Secretary of State? Certainly, the most egregious abuse of office is rooted in the handling of classified material, both within and outside of the office.
Whenever I see MAGA rally supporters holding the historic flag Don’t Tread on Me, two thoughts come to mind. It was first flown on a warship in 1775 as a battle cry for American independence from British rule. I understand its meaning to be that our Federal Government does not have the right to impose laws that are unfairly forced upon the citizens of the United States. However, it also means to me that other groups of people do not have the right to tread on me as an individual.
The Senate has always been seen as the adult side of Congress, with its 50 State representatives. However, under Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, he refused to allow bills developed and passed by the 435-member House that already had bipartisan support. McConnell also refused to allow the Senate to debate critical issues like universal background checks and prescription drug pricing. He blocked legislation that would have required candidates, campaign officials and family members of campaign officials to alert the FBI if they received offers of assistance from agents of a foreign government.
Think about how often our elected officials have become known to have taken very generous compensation from individuals, which they know is forbidden while in office. They should be serving the American people, not themselves. This is certainly a great benefit for anyone holding office. and needs to be investigated, while all of us may be suffering the consequences of their illegal activities. This could be especially true when members of the Supreme Court are suspected of favoring the needs of a benefactor.
In July of 2020, the US House passed the No Ban Act, which would repeal Donald Trump’s “Muslim ban” and limit the president from imposing future restrictions based on religion. Click on the link and look at how Trump’s ban was implemented, and look at how he is now implementing numerous questionable policies that are affecting our everyday lives. Today, Trump’s new Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) isn’t working to improve Government efficiency in any meaningful manner. Trump’s latest travel ban on June 9, 2025, bars nationals from 12 countries from entering the U.S. and places an additional seven countries under partial travel restrictions. The full ban applies to foreign nationals from 12 countries: Afghanistan, Myanmar, Chad, the Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen.
Following Trump’s 2024 inauguration, the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) was granted broad access to many of those systems to a group of individuals associated with the Department of Government Efficiency (“DOGE”), even though no credible need for this access had been demonstrated. A decision from U.S. District Court Judge Denise Cote found DOGE was unlawfully given access to sweeping databases that cover current and former federal employees and also contain information on prospective hires. In doing so, OPM violated the law and bypassed its established cybersecurity practices,” Cote wrote.
My work will help the reader gain an understanding of how the President circumvents established protocol in order to successfully position individuals who will serve his agenda at the expense of Cabinet or Agency experience. This is especially true of his persistence in removing and appointing Attorneys General who will supervise and direct the administration and operation of the 40 different components comprising the Department of Justice in ways that serve his needs. Attorneys General have in the past served their President very differently. I believe you will find this Yale University Law & Policy Review link quite interesting.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is widely credited with fortifying a conservative majority on the Supreme Court during Trump’s first term. However, McConnell sees his role in filling the federal judiciary with conservative judges as one of the strongest elements of his legacy. Furthermore, the massive dismissals of U.S. District attorneys have changed dramatically since 2001 due to extreme political differences.
On day one (January 20, 2025), reelected President Trump stated that by the authority vested in me as President, he will end the weaponization of the Federal Government against its perceived political opponents. Please click on this link to view his executive order, wherein he has taken the exact opposite action. My book explains how Trump’s so-called “Deep State” was contrived to make his supporters believe that he is an innocent victim who has done nothing wrong.
However, in the first 100 days of his second term, President Trump has moved aggressively to fulfill his promise of retribution against an extraordinary range of individuals and organizations, targeting political opponents, news organizations, former government officials, universities, international student protesters and law firms. Click on this link to NPR (U.S. and World News), one of Trump’s numerous perceived enemies, and read down to where his administration has targeted seven major groups for revenge. If that isn’t enough to convince you of his hypocrisy, Google “Trump’s 2025 retribution,” or just click on this link. Yes, this shows how mainstream media compiles truthful information that you don’t get from conservative media.
