Conservativism in 2025 Under Trump’s Rule
On March 5, 2023, Donald Trump pontificated his grievances by declaring, ‘I am your retribution’ at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC). This link reveals what President Trump planned to do if he were reelected President in 2025. Now that he has been reelected to a second term and has control over the Senate and the House of Representatives, he is replicating to a much higher degree what he has been accused of doing in the past. With his self-appointed staff of administrators, he has gained the ability to truly weaponize our government against his enemies list.
Consequently, the implications for policy-making are considerable. When the Executive and Legislative branches of our democratic system of Checks and Balances are controlled by a single party, we can only depend on the Justice Department to safeguard our country from a dictatorship.
The Attorney General of the United States – appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate – heads the DOJ with its more than 100,000 attorneys, special agents, and other staff. Unfortunately, Trump has a history of replacing Attorneys General who don’t do as he demands, as I have detailed in my books. Pam Bondi, the current US Attorney General, is the most compliant and is fully in sync with Trump’s retribution demands. She leads the justice department and is in charge of its roughly $45billion budget
Trump is determined to be the ultimate authority over all laws, and the GOP, with billions of dollars donated by wealthy individuals and organizations, fully supports his goals. Click on the above link for more historical information on what Trump is trying to accomplish for his specific benefit. As for Democrats, they currently lack the power to stop Trump’s dictatorial agenda and are failing to present a cohesive plan on what they will do if they gain control of Congress in the 2026 midterm election.
The wealthy GOP refuses to cut down on their lifestyle expenses. They have the false belief that they deserve to control how all of the revenue that the federal government collects is dispersed. Under GOP control since 2001, our defense and discretionary expenses have grown from billions to trillions of dollars per year. The GOP has lost their conservative values, along with the concept of how our military system of defense of the American people is being used.
He is calling for it to be renamed the Department of War, while using our military strength against the American people. He claims that we are fighting a war within America, focusing on foreign and politically opposing individuals and institutions. My latest book explains why our government has changed into an even more radical and forceful second term of aggressive leadership. Read about the dedicated government officials who testified under oath during Trump’s two impeachment hearings despite the threat of job loss and personal harm from MAGA true believers.
These are only some of the people that Trump has placed on his ever-growing enemies list. We cannot allow our lives to be ruled by fear of each other. Nor can we allow our government agencies to be used as a means of punishment against people of opposing lifestyles and religious beliefs. With Trump’s emphasis being on the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to search government databases for lifelong personal information, we are all in great danger.
Under the GOP’s free enterprise system of government, “He who has the gold makes the rules,” a cynical adage implying that wealth translates to power and the ability to dictate outcomes and set the agenda in society. This is a sarcastic reinterpretation of the true Golden Rule (“Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”).
My website and books aim solely to help people understand and discuss what far-right conservatives have been working to achieve by fully backing Donald Trump during both of his Presidencies. Trump’s past and current terms can be better understood by having greater knowledge of the following two documents.
The Mueller Report and Project 2025
The Mueller Investigation, which our elected Congressional politicians should have been required to read and debate, provoked this expanding divide within our country. The GOP deliberately ignored reading its harmful content, and Democrats barely spoke of its importance, thus failing to gain an audience to understand all the damaging information the investigation found. On the other hand, Project 2025 details exactly how the wealthy plan to continue disregarding our laws, which his first administration successfully avoided consequences for doing.
These two most important historical documents of this 21st century are freely available on the internet, as I provided above. However, I fear few people will click on these two links and download the critical information they provide. Special Counsel Mueller’s investigation into the Russian interference in the 2016 United States elections explains why Trump is so radically changing how our government functions, while the Heritage Foundation’s Project 2025 explains the methods that the GOP is using to gain complete control of our government.
This is progressing exactly the way Conservative Americans have been planning, which is spelled out in Project 2025 by the Heritage Foundation. Click on this link to read how it is designed to grant the Presidentially controlled Executive office greater authority over the Legislative and Judicial Branches. The Constitution was created so that each Branch would be independently controlled and able to oversee the other. Trump is now dismantling all oversight of the executive branch.
These are strict boundaries that our forefathers created so that one’s power of authority cannot override the powers given to the other two. We desperately need to take the time to understand how our lifestyles and ambitions have changed by Trump’s rules of law. Trump’s retribution now includes Special Counsel Robert Mueller.
The “Deep State” Conspiracy
The “Deep State” conspiracy is the backbone for all the illusions that have been used by far-right conservatives, which has successfully made most Americans believe that our government is totally corrupt. President Trump and his ardent supporters are now using this false belief to punish everyone who has opposed his rise to power. However, if anyone reveals information about his abuse of power, the punishment he inflicts is severe and financially destructive.
Trump’s retribution is being carried out by his personally appointed heads of our Federal Government Agencies, acting on his orders to the detriment of the American people. His Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) is forcing these agencies to remove long-time qualified employees from their departments and replace them with unqualified business associates who are willing to accept his unconditional authority.
He is demanding that his newly appointed agency leaders provide access to their independent databases to create superstructure facilities that house the immense computing power needed to train and run advanced artificial intelligence (AI) models, such as the ones used by Microsoft’s Copilot and Meta’s AI projects. This will give our now capitalistic government complete access to all kinds of personal information that should never fall into the hands of profiteers. These two links will educate on the good and bad of AI supercomputer technology.
What we are also seeing is that he is utilizing these agencies to pursue wealth and power over those he perceives as enemies. Vindictiveness is not a characteristic that anyone should want to see in a President, especially when his accusations are based on conspiracies (hoaxes) that have been proven false. These hoaxes are detailed in my researched books and are being validated on this website. This is the real deep state of government that is intimidating all of us.
This gives him justification for punishing everyone who was involved in uncovering all his abuses of power, not just the ones for which he was accused and convicted of committing. Do you really want Trump to have access to computer files that contain the lifetime history of our personal activities, which could easily be used as a means to bring lawsuits and charges against any one of us who defy his demands?
Trump’s Retribution Infects All Three Branches
People are not discussing these critical issues. Under Trump’s retribution vow of revenge, we are seeing the innocent punished and the lawless being set free, mostly with just the swirl of the President’s pen. Look at all of the people found guilty who have been pardoned or had their sentences commuted. Look at the following uncooperative Trump advisers who were found guilty in the Mueller Investigation and were given end-of-term pardons: George Papadopoulos, Michael Flynn, Roger Stone, Paul Manafort, Rick Gates and Carter Page. People need to be aware of their entanglement with the Trump Organization. The circumstances of their guilt are explained in my book.
On the scornful side of Trump’s willpower is Michael Cohen, his former attorney, loyal friend and problem fixer. Because he decided to cooperate in the Mueller investigation, exposing all of his illegal activities he performed on Trump’s behalf, Trump and his ardent following abandoned him. On Dec. 12, 2018, U.S. District Judge William H. Pauley III sentenced Cohen to three years in prison with a $50,000 fine. He also ordered Cohen to pay $1.4 million in restitution and forfeit $500,000.
Now in his second administration, he is going after everyone who was involved in investigations that he has been charged with. Look at all of the charges that have been filed against him, many of which he was found guilty. Others are still pending, or are tied up in the Appeals Court system, or dismissed by favorable judges. Yet he has escaped prison time, unlike his personal lawyer. The monetary damages he faced meant little to him because he was collecting outrageous amounts of money by continually running for reelection.
This is what he is now accomplishing in his second term. His history is repeating. It is important to know why he is demanding that his appointed heads of state search within their agencies’ computer databases for any information on his perceived enemies that may be considered offensive.
Some of Trump’s efforts to settle scores are more serious than others, but no one deserves to have their lives and careers destroyed unjustly. Now that he has succeeded in finding an Attorney General even more compliant than his last A.G., William Barr, the Justice Department has truly become weaponized. This should frighten all of us. We are all vulnerable to his vindictiveness.
What is really outrageous is his use of his Presidential powers to pardon a massive number of individuals who have been convicted of crimes similar to what he has been accused of doing or were just following his leadership. Look at how so many of his hired trial lawyers pleaded guilty to a variety of offenses and were imprisoned. Look at his latest list of pardons and commutations granted to people with direct political or financial ties to the president.
Read in my latest book the testimonies of these brave professionals who provided evidence of guilt in his first impeachment, explaining how we are so heavily involved in the war in Ukraine. US Ambassador to Ukraine, Maria Yovanovitch, was unceremoniously fired from her job for fabricated reasons and replaced by a group of incompetents nicknamed the “Three Amigos,” who took their directions from Rudy Giuliani. Giuliani is just one of Trump’s former attorneys who has faced disciplinary proceedings. John Eastman, Kenneth Chesebro, and Jenna Ellis are some others who were disbarred or lost their license.
Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, whose impeachment testimony revealed that he was the whistleblower. In February of 2020, he was fired from his position on the National Security Council (NSC) and escorted out of the White House along with his twin brother, Lieutenant Colonel Yevgeny Vindman. The Trump Administration continually blocked his promotion to full Colonel.
An NPR review has found that the Trump administration is using a vast array of government powers to launch criminal investigations, sweep people into ICE detention, ban companies from receiving federal contracts, revoke security clearances, and fire employees. President Trump signed two executive orders targeting individuals from his first administration. The orders stripped the security clearances of former top cybersecurity official Chris Krebs and former national security official Miles Taylor.
Trump’s order claims that Krebs was misusing his office by censoring conservative viewpoints under the guise of combating misinformation. Following the 2020 midterm election, Krebs, a lifelong Republican appointed by Trump, basically refuted Trump’s big lie about the election being stolen. He was immediately fired.
Miles Taylor is a former Department of Homeland Security official. As I detailed in my revised second book, under the chapter View from Within Trump’s Administration, he wrote the book titled “A Warning” by Anonymous. It provided unflattering details about Trump’s management style that everyone should fear. More importantly, we should really be afraid of Trump’s retribution against whistleblowers like Taylor and Vindman.
In April 2025, Trump signed the executive memo targeting Taylor, accusing him of manufacturing stories to sell a book and ordered DHS, the Justice Department and other government agencies to investigate him and revoke security clearances for him and anyone in close proximity to him. Mr. Trump also ordered an investigation into the dissemination of classified documents while Taylor worked for the government. Taylor denies he leaked any such material. Click on this link and see what Taylor and his family have been subjected to
In September 2013, Barack Obama appointed James Comey to the position of Director of the FBI. In that capacity, he was responsible for overseeing the FBI’s investigation of the Hillary Clinton email controversy. His role in the 2016 U.S. presidential election was highly controversial. Some analysts claim his decisions shortly before the 2016 election might have cost her the presidency. Now, Trump is claiming he is unfairly investigating him for more numerous and serious violations.
Donald Trump fired Comey on May 9, 2017. Statements from Trump and the White House suggested that Comey had been fired to ease the “pressure” Trump was under due to the Mueller investigation. A leaked memo stated that Trump had asked him to end the FBI’s investigation into Michael Flynn, the former national security advisor. The dismissal, various memos detailing meetings with Trump, and Comey’s subsequent Congressional testimony in June that same year were considered as evidence of obstruction of justice on Trump’s part and became part of the Mueller investigation.
On June 14, 2018, DOJ Inspector General Michael E. Horowitz released his report on the FBI’s handling of the Clinton email investigation, which criticized Comey’s actions during the 2016 election. Horowitz found that Comey violated FBI policy regarding the leaked memos; however, he added that there’s “no evidence that Comey or his attorneys released any of the classified information contained in any of the memos to members of the media”. The Department of Justice declined to prosecute Comey.
Nevertheless, Trump is determined to punish Comey. Consequently, he was indicted on September 25, 2025, in the Eastern District of Virginia on two felony counts: making false statements to Congress and obstruction of a congressional proceeding. A story by Robert Alexander in Newsweek states that a federal judge in Virginia has denied a Justice Department request for extended discovery deadlines. U.S. District Judge Michael S. Nachmanoff ordered prosecutors in the criminal case to provide all discovery materials to the defense by 5 p.m. on October 13, 2025.
This is what makes the Mueller Investigation so important for everyone to understand. Part II, which details all of the obstruction-of-justice proceedings that Donald Trump and the Trump Campaign engaged in, that inhibited FBI Director Comey’s investigation into the Russian Interference in the 2016 Presidential Election. This 182 page section will prove to the reader the factual results of the obstruction investigation.
Furthermore, Appendix C details President Trump refusal to appear before the Special Counsel to provide testimony under oath. Instead, he would only provide answers to written questions on certain Russian-related topics. As President, Trump stated on more than 30 occasions that he “does not ‘recall’ or ‘remember’ or have an ‘independent recollection’” of information called for by the questions. Other questions were either “incomplete or imprecise.” This proves why the Trump administration has no basis for bringing charges against Comey.
Now, Maurene Comey is suing the U.S. government to get her job back. She was fired on July 16. Just like Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman’s twin brother Yevgeny Vindman, was subsequently punished, Donald Trump had to seek retribution against James Comey’s family. Too much is never enough for this President. Maurene’s firing came the day after her supervisors asked her to take the lead on a major public corruption case and three months after she’d received an outstanding review. Comey is not only seeking to get her job back but also wants a legal declaration that her termination violated the ‘Separation of Powers’ clause in the Constitution.
John Bolton, a former National Security Advisor to President Donald Trump from April 2018 to September 2019, was provided by the Biden administration with a Secret Service detail following assassination threats from Iran. He repeatedly called for the termination of the Iran nuclear deal, from which the U.S. withdrew in May 2018. This, I believe, was a mistake as I also disagreed with his hawkish neoconservative support for the wars in Vietnam and Iraq. Consequently, Trump yanked his protective detail.
President Trump claimed on Twitter that he had told Bolton on September 9, 2019, that his “services are no longer needed. On June 16, 2020, the Trump Justice Department attempted to block publication of Bolton’s memoir, The Room Where It Happened, seeking to confiscate Bolton’s $2 million advance for breach of contract. On June 21, a pirated copy of the book appeared online, and it was finally released on June 23, 2020.
Later that summer, the Justice Department opened a criminal investigation into whether the book revealed classified information and empaneled a grand jury that subpoenaed the publisher’s communications records. On June 16, 2021, the Justice Department dropped its criminal Inquiry and moved to stop all efforts to confiscate proceeds from his book, according to The New York Times.
Trump, seeing John Bolton as an enemy, instructed FBI Director Kash Patel, to authorize FBI agents to raid Bolton’s home on August 22, 2025, as part of a documents investigation. Right-leaning Newsmax reported that the investigation is focused on the handling of classified documents and national security secrets. Read about this in more detail from the mainstream media’s NBC News station. As of this writing, Bolton has not been detained and has not yet been charged with any crimes.
Other Officials Facing Punishment by Our Government
The President also revoked the security protection for former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and Brian Hook, former special envoy to Iran, due to Iranian threats. Dr. Anthony Fauci also lost his security detail due to death threats over the Covid-19 response controversy. Asked by a reporter if he’d feel partially responsible if something awful were to happen to any of these former officials, Trump said he would not, adding, “Certainly, I would not take responsibility.”
New York’s attorney general, Letitia James, who brought a $454 million civil fraud case against Trump, his family and his company, is the next victim of Trump’s enemies list. Although Trump was properly held liable for business fraud, I have to agree that the fine was excessive, not knowing how much they benefited from these deceptions. Now, Trump installed U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, Lindsey Halligan, presented to a grand jury a notice seeking an indictment for alleged mortgage fraud. Ed Martin, the head of the Department of Justice’s Weaponization Working Group, purportedly is also investigating James.
Senator Adam Schiff, who served as the lead manager during the first impeachment trial of President Trump in 2019, is being investigated by the DOJ for alleged insurance fraud related to a property in Maryland after Attorney General Pam Bondi named Martin as a special prosecutor in the probe. The key issue is that Schiff owns homes in both California and Maryland, closer to the U.S. Congress. Schiff’s allies have said he accurately filled out mortgage paperwork and consulted with lawyers during that process.
His attorney, Preet Bharara, a former U.S. attorney in Manhattan, called the allegations of wrongdoing “transparently false, stale and long debunked.” Schiff created a legal defense fund in August to help cover the legal bills. Targets of Trump’s Justice Department must pay up, even if they win. This is what frightens all of us because Trump is punishing these people financially by using our government taxes for his vindictive agenda. It costs him nothing.
Former special counsel Jack Smith, who led investigations into the classified documents and Trump’s role in the January 6 U.S. Capitol insurrection, is being examined by the U.S. Office of Special Counsel to determine if his inquiries violated the Hatch Act, which restricts the political activities of federal employees. Please click on this information on Jack Smith because his work needs to be recognized for its importance in showing that the Deep State conspiracy is about Trump’s abuse of our rules of law and how he is getting away without paying any consequences. The Trump administration has claimed it holds absolute authority over the entire executive branch.
Trump’s retribution pledge is not confined to just individuals. Long-standing institutions, well-recognized for excellence, are also being sued by Trump’s personally chosen, compliant, business-favoring federal agency bosses. Our educational system is being forced to adhere to politically dictated expectations that are poorly defined and highly restrictive, without any debate on merit.
I apologize for the length of this Posting. However, if we don’t start taking the time to discuss these issues, then I need to stop wasting my time trying to wake up the Un-Woken, who only worry about themselves. What has happened to conservatism and its belief in minimizing government? Donald Trump has his hands in everything, while he constantly claims he’s the victim.
He even believes that his authority as commander-in-chief has no limits when it comes to deploying the National Guard wherever he wants. He also believes that, as President of the United States, he would have the right to do anything he wants to do. Remember, this is a man who stated at his rallies that he could shoot somebody and not lose voters (supporters). None of us is safe in this type of environment that Trump has created. Please speak up, everyone.
